GILBERT Early 2025
NEW CONCEPT POWERED BY O.H.S.O.
We will be opening a fresh new concept connected to The Park at O.H.S.O. in Downtown Gilbert. Our vision is to merge the lively atmosphere of a tapas-style restaurant with the excitement of pin-bowling and games. While guests will have the convenience of strolling between our venues, drink in hand, this new spot will offer a distinct ambiance and menu. The combination of indoor-outdoor spaces will make it the ultimate go-to destination in Gilbert, offering visitors expanded food, drink, and entertainment options to enjoy year-round, day or night. This exciting concept is continually evolving as we meticulously plan and craft every aspect to ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Where & When Will It Open?
343 N. Gilbert Road • NW Corner of Gilbert Rd. & Hearne next to The Park.
We are hoping to break ground in July and shooting for an early 2025 launch.
What will you offer?
FOOD:
We plan on offering a diverse array of meticulously crafted tapas that cater to various tastes and preferences. We’re bringing flavors that will stand out, completely different from OHSO.
DRINKS:
A variety of unique craft cocktails, a curated wine list, and, of course, great craft beer. Guests can carry their drinks between venues.
FUN:
Indoor entertainment! A pin bowling alley and a variety of other games like pinball.

Surprise Location
People have been asking for an O.H.S.O. Brewery to come to the West Valley for years, and now our partnership with KIND Hospitality is helping us do that. They plan to open a new location in the Village at Prasada, located right off Loop 303 in the heart of Surprise, AZ in summer 2024—and we couldn’t be more excited!
