Cake Eater is back from our Ales from the Crypt Series, and this time we have a new coffee cake variant. But that’s not all! Our brewer, Brandon Rice, is debuting Cold Shoulder, a Hazy India Pale Lager that dares to shatter the norms, combining the best of both worlds for a refreshingly crisp and tantalizing experience.

The brainchild of brewer Brandon Rice, who’s been making waves at OHSO, this beer waltzes beautifully outside the boundaries of tradition. Blending the best of two worlds, this beer takes the juicy, hoppy goodness of a Hazy IPA and fuses it with the crisp, refreshing character of a cold-fermented lager.

Get ready for a grand return! Our beloved Cake Eater from the Ales from Crypt barrel-aged series is back for the 5th time. We’ve let this bad boy age for a glorious 10 months in Booker’s 10 Year Bourbon barrels, giving it that smooth, barrel-aged swagger. We then aged it on toasted coconut, roasted pecans, and cacao nibs, crafting a tantalizing German Chocolate Cake flavor profile. But we didn’t stop there, oh no! Introducing the first-ever variant: Coffee Cake Eater. We’ve added vanilla beans and Ethiopian coffee beans from Infusion Roasters in Tempe. This inaugural edition promises a unique blend of flavors.
