This is batch #1000 for PV so we made sure to make it a fun one for you to enjoy! Available at all O.H.S.O. Brewery & Little O’s locations March 10th at 11am.
MR. GREEN GENES: A wine-y passion fruit IPA with lemon-lime & cannabis notes.
Juicy/Hazy IPA, ABV: 6.3%, IBU: 5

Mr. Green Genes is a juicy, hazy IPA that delivers on aroma and flavor. With low bitterness, and a cloudy yellow appearance, you get a beer that’s full of unique hop character.
One special hop product we used is Mega Motueka which is 70% Motueka hops & 30% Phantasm which is a powder derived from Sauv Blanc grape powder. The grape powder contains thiols which make up desirable aroma compounds. In hops, thiols are in parts per quadrillion. In grape powder thiols are much more prevalent. Chocolate meets peanut butter, in theory. These are New Zealand hops with lots of subtle fruit notes like grape, peach, lemon-lime, kumquat, and cannabis.
