VIP Cabana

VIP Cabana Booking Details

Reservation Deposit: $200 per cabana (applied toward your final bill)
Time Slot: 2.5 hours
Capacity: Each cabana accommodates up to 20 people. If your party exceeds 20, you can book both cabanas separately, subject to availability. Each cabana requires its own $200 deposit and must meet its own minimum spend requirement.
Minimum Spend Requirement:
- Monday-Thursday: $300
- Friday-Sunday: $500
Gratuity is not included in the minimum spend.

Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation to get a full deposit refund.

BOOKING POLICIES

Food & Beverage Minimums

Each VIP Cabana booking has a minimum spend requirement:

Monday-Thursday: $300
Friday-Sunday: $500

The deposit is applied towards this amount. Gratuity is not included.

Menus

You and your guests can order from The Park's menus only. If your total doesn't reach the minimum spend, the difference will be added to your tab.

Guest Count

The cabana holds a maximum of 20 guests.

Weather

The cabana is air-conditioned. The event happens rain or shine. If needed, we'll try to relocate based on available space, but it's not guaranteed.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Policies

We reserve the right to end service if policies aren't followed. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ with a valid photo ID.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of your reservation. We don't charge the deposit card for extra expenses unless the cardholder is present. The Cabana does not allow separate checks, but we can split payments on up to 4 cards if agreed upon. One final check will be provided for all charges and taxes.
