Supporting our community is part of who we are. we get a lot of requests, and we take each one seriously, so here's what we look at when we're deciding.

What We Consider
- we only donate to registered 501(c)(3) non-profits.
- please include your EIN with your request.
- requests need to come in at least 30 days before your pickup date.
- donations are picked up at O.H.S.O. Arcadia — 4900 East Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
- if you're requesting beer, your organization must follow all state licensing laws. this protects your org and ours, so it's non-negotiable.
We're Unable to Donate To
- organizations that don't promote positivity or inclusivity.
- requests not submitted through the form below.
